Launch Your Online Agency – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Launch Your Online Agency program (the “Program”), owned and operated by 360 Content Pro LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing and enrolling in the Program, you (“Client”, “you”, or “Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Program Overview
The Launch Your Online Agency program is a digital business training and coaching experience designed to support service providers in building and growing their agency. The Program includes:
Access to course curriculum materials
Bonus: Group coaching calls
Bonus: Access to a private community
Templates, resources, and tools provided during the term of access
2. Term of Access
Your enrollment in the program includes lifetime access to all core course materials, including training videos, worksheets and PDF files.
What does “lifetime access” mean?
You will retain access to the course content for as long as the program exists and our company (360 Content Pro LLC) continues to operate. If at any point in the future the course is retired or the business discontinues operations, students will be given advance notice and a 30-day window to download all materials for personal use.
12 Months Access to the Community
You’ll receive 12 months of access to our private online community where you can connect with fellow students, ask questions, and receive ongoing support.
After 12 months, continued community access may be offered as a separate renewal or membership opportunity.
Bonus: Monthly Group Coaching Calls
As a bonus, your enrollment includes monthly live group coaching calls for 12 months, where you can receive direct guidance and support.
Please note: These monthly calls are provided as a bonus and not a core component of the course. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue these calls at any time due to changes in availability, business operations, or program updates. If discontinued, alternative support resources may be provided where possible.
3. Payment Terms
Enrollment in the Program requires payment either in full or through an installment plan, if offered. By enrolling, you authorize 360 Content Pro LLC to charge your selected payment method.
All payments are non-refundable, regardless of participation level or results achieved.
You agree to complete all installment payments in full if selecting a payment plan. Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the Program and legal collection actions.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided within the Program are the property of 360 Content Pro LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Program materials for your personal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written consent.
5. Community Guidelines
Participation in the community spaces and coaching calls is subject to respectful, professional behavior. We reserve the right to remove any Participant who violates community rules, displays disruptive behavior, or engages in harassment or inappropriate conduct.
6. No Guarantees
360 Content Pro LLC does not guarantee any specific results from your participation in the Program. Your results will depend on your individual effort, business model, industry, and other factors outside our control.
7. Disclaimers
This Program is educational and informational in nature and is not intended as legal, financial, or tax advice. Always consult with your own advisors regarding your specific situation.
8. Termination
360 Content Pro LLC reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s access to the Program at any time for violation of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. All changes will be posted on this page and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued access after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
