The Business Model That Let Me Work Less and Earn Six Figures

The business model you choose determines how much you can earn and how much of your time it takes to get there. It shapes your income ceiling, your schedule, and how sustainable your business feels as it grows.

In this episode of Simplify to Thrive, I share how I went from working long hours as a done-for-you social media manager to $20K and $50K months while working less than 20 hours a month. I cover the moment I knew something had to change, how I packaged my 1:1 work into a group program, and why I believe group offers are one of the simplest ways to grow without adding more hours.

Where I Started

I began my business as a done-for-you social media manager. I loved the work, but as I signed more clients, my hours kept climbing. Every new client meant more of my time, and I could see that growing this way had a limit.

Packaging My 1:1 Work Into a Group Program

Instead of taking on more clients, I looked at what I was already doing for them and turned it into a group program. The results I delivered stayed the same. What changed was how I delivered them: one program, many clients, and a structure I could repeat.

How the Group Model Changed My Business

That shift is what took my business to $20K and even $50K months. Because a group program isn’t tied to the number of hours I work, I could grow my income while my schedule got lighter.

Working Less With One Call a Week

I also share why I believe group offers give service providers, consultants, and coaches more freedom. With one Zoom call per week, you can support more clients, deliver strong results, and build a business that doesn’t depend on you being available all the time.
